The Meat & Seafood Salad Dressing

A Vietnamese salad dressing is a critical ingredient in a Vietnamese kitchen. The salad has an important role; it set the tone of the dinner and it introduces the other courses to follow.

 

This Vietnamese Salad Dressing by 1-2-3 Sauce can be used as a base sauce for the entire Vietnamese salad line. Other traditional Vietnamese salads that one can make with this sauce are: "Goi Ga" or Chicken Salad, "Goi Bo" or Beef Salad, "Goi Thit" or Pork Salad, and the Seafood Salad.
